PRIVATELY PAYING CLIENTS
When you invest privately in psychotherapy, you enjoy a much higher level of privacy, confidentiality and discretion.  Paying privately ensures that no clinical information is ever shared electronically with other parties, including insurance companies, billing agencies or other intermediary platforms.  Billing information is processed via JaneApp, Stripe and your payment vendor.

Hourly Professional Psychotherapy Fee (60 minute session) 240.00

A 15% discount is available for pre-payment of 10 psychotherapy sessions (savings of $360).  Cancellation policy applies.

Private payment may be made via debit card or credit card.  You may also pay using a flexible spending account (FSA) or healthcare spending account (HSA), however your receipt will include personal and clinical information required for reimbursement.

AETNA GROUP POLICIES – In Network Provider for employer-based group policies only. (Not ACA Exchange policies.)

Aetna billing and notes submission is processed through Headway. 

ORIGINAL MEDICARE PART B – In Network Provider for Federal Medicare B only. (Not Advantage plans.)

Medicare billing is processed through JaneApp and ClaimMD. 

ALL OTHER PLANS – Out of Network Provider for all other plans.  Payment is made at the end of each session and Superbills (receipts) are provided on request.  You may submit Superbills to your insurer for reimbursement.  To request a Superbill, email “Superbill Request” in the subject line to [email protected].  Please list all dates of service requested.
All other plan billing is processed through JaneApp and Stripe.
